The Janoo for Vermont campaign is partnering with Rights & Democracy Vermont (RAD-VT) to offer weekly training sessions for our volunteers! Whether you are new to canvassing or a seasoned organizer, you are invited to join us to build your confidence and brush up on best practices. All sessions will be led by Alison Nihart, Executive Director of RAD-VT.

Organizing Your Network:

Relational organizing is the practice of organizing your friends, family members, neighbors, and acquaintances. Unlike door knocking and phone banking, where we generally talk with people we don’t know, relational organizing relies on the power of relationships we already have. We'll discuss strategies for mapping your network, planning your outreach, and opening up the conversation.
