The Janoo for Vermont campaign is partnering with Rights & Democracy Vermont (RAD-VT) to offer weekly training sessions for our volunteers! Whether you are new to canvassing or a seasoned organizer, you are invited to join us to build your confidence and brush up on best practices. All sessions will be led by Alison Nihart, Executive Director of RAD-VT.

Monday, 9/14, Confident Conversations: Organizing conversations are the most powerful way to engage voters and build support for the Janoo campaign. But engaging in conversations about politics can be stressful, whether it's with a stranger or someone you know. We'll dig into the craft of organizing conversations, including insights from Deep Canvassing on the art of persuasion. We'll also practice responding to common questions that come up from skeptical voters.
